Cornell Capital-backed KDC completed the acquisition of Zobele Group from DH Private Equity Partners.

Private equity firm Cornell Capital-backed Knowlton Development, a provider of custom formulation and manufacturing solutions for beauty, personal care, and household brands, completed the acquisition of Zobele Group, a manufacturer of home and air care products, from DH Private Equity Partners, a private equity firm.
