Battery Ventures-backed Audio Precision, a manufacturer of audio components, completed the acquisition of GRAS Sound & Vibration, a firm that develops, manufactures, and supplies sound and vibration test and measurement solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “GRAS’s expertise is extremely complementary to Audio Precision and broadens the group’s existing offering within the field of acoustic measurements. The combined offering from these two iconic brands will enable us to serve our customers even more effectively in the future.
