insightsoftware, a provider of enterprise performance management reporting solutions, completed the acquisition of Longview Solutions, a financial planning, and tax software provider. insightsoftware is backed by TA Associates, Genstar Capital, and ST6 Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed.
