Starlight, an investment management services provider, and KingSett Capital, a real estate investor, completed the acquisition of Northview Apartment REIT, a publicly-traded multi-family Canadian REIT, for $4.8bn. “This transaction provides significant value, certainty and liquidity to unitholders, while also allowing Northview to solicit superior proposals through a go-shop period of up to 60 days.
