Visma completed the acquisition of Onguard from Main Capital.

Visma, a supplier of business-critical software, completed the acquisition of Onguard International, which offers credit management software solutions and services, from Main Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased to continue to develop our business within the Visma group.
