CBRE completed the acquisition of SADES.

CBRE Group, an American commercial real estate services and investment firm, completed the acquisition of SADES, a project and facilities management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “SADES has an excellent reputation in the Spanish market and provides us with a strong platform to expand our existing technical capabilities in Spain and across Europe,” Vicente Redondo, CBRE Managing Director.
