Pritzker-backed Valicor Environmental Services, a provider of non-hazardous wastewater treatment services, completed the acquisition of Affiliated Wastewater Environmental Services, that operates a premier centralized wastewater treatment facility in Denver. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to expand Valicor’s leading network into Denver.
