Santander and Hyundai Capital completed the acquisition of a 41.9% stake in Sixt Leasing for €389m.

Santander and Hyundai Capital, a South Korean provider of consumer financial services, completed the acquisition of a 41.9% stake in Sixt Leasing, a Germany-based vehicle leasing and management company, for €389m. "We are delighted about this opportunity, which will allow the Hyundai Capital Bank Europe to further strengthen its position in the automotive finance sector by complementing our product portfolio with innovative mobility services and fleet business at the point of sale and online," Jochen Klöpper, HC Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
