Posti completed the acquisition of Aditro Logistics from Valedo Partners.

Posti, the main Finnish postal service delivering mail and parcels in Finland, completed the acquisition of Aditro Logistics, a provider of logistics services such as warehousing, staffing and transportation services, from private equity firm Valedo Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Posti is growing in line with its strategy, and through this acquisition we are strengthening our presence in the Nordics and the Baltic Sea region. Together, we can support our customers to be even more competitive in the market. In Finland, our Transval Group is the market leader in logistics outsourcing solutions. With the acquisition of Aditro Logistics, we are becoming one of the major players in the Swedish and Norwegian market as well.
