Kerry Logistics, a logistics services provider, completed the acquisition of a 41% stake in Apex Group, a freight and logistics services provider, for $150m. "This is a crowning achievement for Kerry Logistics, and we are pleased to have worked with them closely as part of their overall global M&A strategy to purchase the remaining stake it did not already own.
