The InterMed Group completed the acquisition of Sigma Imaging Technologies.

Granite Bridge Partners-backed The InterMed Group, a premier provider of integrated health technology management services, completed the acquisition of Sigma Imaging Technologies, a New Jersey-based provider of imaging system services.
