Quadrant Private Equity to acquire Total Tools.

Quadrant Private Equity agreed to acquire a majority stake in Total Tools, the largest professional tool retail network in Australia. Financial terms were not disclosed. The tradie tools retailer’s franchisees employ north of 1k people across 81 stores nationally, with their Online Store having more than 7k products on hand and access to 60k-plus products across Australia.
