EMK Capital completed the acquisition of Trustonic from ARM Holdings and Gemalto.

EMK Capital, a UK-based private equity fund, completed the acquisition of Trustonic, a provider of cybersecurity solutions, from its 50/50 joint venture founders ARM Holdings and Gemalto. Financial terms were not disclosed. EMK will provide growth capital to support the growth strategy of the business.
