Equistone Partners Europe completed the acquisition of Acces Industrie, a provider of rental of aerial work platforms and forklift trucks, from Parquest Capital, CM-CIC Investissement and Irdi-Soridec Gestion, three investment firms, for $228m. “We have been impressed by the development of Groupe Accès in recent years.
