Singapore state investor Temasek, Chinese internet giant Tencent Holdings, and venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, completed an investment of $150m in the Series G funding round of Roblox. The round has seen participation by existing investors including Altos Ventures, Meritech Capital, and Tiger Global Management. “Looking ahead, we’re doubling down on our commitment to building the most advanced tools and technology to take our creators and players into the metaverse of the future,” David Baszucki, Roblox Co-Founder and CEO.
