Audax-backed AltaSciences completed the acquisition of Alliance Contract Pharma.

Audax-backed AltaSciences, a mid-size CRO specializing in a flexible, innovative approach to providing comprehensive early-stage drug development, completed its acquisition of Alliance Contract Pharma, a biotechnology-related research firm.
