Addtech completed the acquisition of Caligo Industria.

Addtech, a technology trading group, completed the acquisition of Caligo Industria, a Finnish technology company that develops and supplies products and solutions for flue gas cleaning and process waste heat recovery. Financial terms were not disclosed. Caligo will very effectively complement Industrial Process’ current operations in clean air technology and have a positive effect on Addtech’s earnings per share during the next financial year.
