Visma completed the acquisition of FirstAgenda.

Visma, a provider of business software and IT services, completed the acquisition of FirstAgenda, a Danish software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the acquisition of FirstAgenda, we are adding some complementary competencies to our portfolio of products which creates new opportunities in Denmark as well as in our other markets in the Nordic and Benelux countries," Lars Berthelsen, Visma Managing Director.
