UI Gestion, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Brossier Saderne, a provider in the creation and manufacture of interior decorative lighting. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction fits perfectly with UI Gestion's local investment strategy. Its regional presence makes it possible to identify growing SMEs and support their development through multiregional FPCIs, such as the Cap Grand Ouest entrepreneurial fund, which supports this operation.
