Lynx Equity completed the acquisition of Arkas.

Private equity firm Lynx Equity completed the acquisition of Arkas, a manufacturer of bespoke garage doors and single doors for commercial and residential applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to have Arkas as our first acquisition of 2020, joining our growing European portfolio of companies based in Denmark and the UK.
