Irish Life Group completed the acquisition of Conexim.

Irish Life Group, an Irish life assurance and pensions company, completed the acquisition of Conexim, a provider of wholesale financial services via a cost effective independent platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. According to Irish Life, Conexim will continue to operate as an independent entity within the group.
