Killard Infrastructure completed the acquisition of Insituform Pacific from Aegion.

Killard Infrastructure, a multi-functional infrastructure company, completed the acquisition of Insituform Pacific, a provider of general contracting services such as constructing water and sewer mains, from Aegion, a multinational company providing pipeline services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The purchase of the IPPL entity by Killard has expanded operations into Victoria and Queensland while simultaneously strengthening its existing capabilities.
