Ardonagh Group-backed Geo Specialty completed the acquisition of Primary Group-backed Rural Insurance's agricultural insurance business.

Ardonagh Group-backed Geo Specialty, a provider of broking and underwriting services, completed the acquisition of agricultural insurance business of Primary Group-backed Rural Insurance, a provider of a wide range of insurance products and services.
