UP Scientech Materials completed the acquisition of VAUTID from VR Equitypartner.

UP Scientech Materials, a wear plate manufacturer, completed the acquisition of VAUTID, which manufactures and sells electrodes for wear protection, from VR Equitypartner, an investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have been involved in the development of VAUTID for over a decade.
