Alinea completed the acquisition of EduLab from Vaekstfonden.

Alinea, the publishing firm, completed the acquisition of EduLab, a provider of digital mathematics for primary and lower secondary schools, from Vaekstfonden, Denmark's investment fund. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Since the beginning, our ambition has been to help school managers and teachers lifting the academic level and make kids more interested in mathematics. Today 75% of the country’s schools use MatematikFessor, as well as it is used in an increasing amount on an international plan. The positive development will be boosted intensively now, when EduLab becomes a part of Alinea; together we will get opportunities, which schools and kids will benefit greatly from,” Kasper Holst Hansen, EduLab CEO.
