Kotak Investment Advisors completed the investment of $69m into Jindal Stainless.

Kotak Investment Advisors, a provider of management and consulting services, through its fund, Kotak Special Situations Fund, completed the investment of $69m into Jindal Stainless, a manufacturer of steel products. The investment by Kotak Special Situations Fund is in the form of debt and equity to help it out of debt restructuring.
