Advent-backed Rubix Group, a supplier of industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul products and services, completed the acquisition of Walter Gondrom, which specialises in the supply of technical hoses, fittings and accessories for the transfer of a wide range of liquids. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am very proud of what we have achieved together at Gondrom. The company will continue to build on that success as part of Rubix. I can’t think of a better and more capable business than Rubix to take over and advance our company. This will make it easier for me to step back and retire with confidence,” Gabriele Kalesse, Gondrom Managing Director.
