Axel Johnson International to acquire Hoyer Transmissions from Svend Hoyer.

Axel Johnson International, a global industrial group, agreed to acquire Hoyer Transmissions from Svend Hoyer, a provider of mechanical transmission products. Financial terms were not disclosed. ”The addition of Hoyer Transmissions to Jens S. Transmissioner in Denmark is an important step in consolidating the Danish market. It enables a synergistic approach for both companies and offers existing and potential customers a greater range of products and increased local presence,” Johan Benzler, Division Manager, Axel Johnson Managing Director.
