Ibermática, an IT service management company, completed the acquisition of ITS Security, a cybersecurity firm, from Egile, a manufacturer of industrial components and systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this purchase we aspire to become a reference IT provider also in the field of cybersecurity, an area that we intend to strengthen by providing additional and complementary value to customers, as well as new expertise,” Juan Ignacio Sanz, Ibermática CEO.
