Sage Automotive Interiors to acquire automotive fabric business from Adient for $175m.

Sage Automotive Interiors, a provider of automotive interior materials and Asahi Kasei's subsidiary, completed the acquisition of automotive fabric business from Adient, an automotive seating supplier, for $175m. "Europe continues to be a key growth area for Sage Automotive Interiors. In addition, the technology and capabilities that will now be part of Sage Automotive Interiors will strengthen our ability to serve customers from our current locations in Europe and the rest of the world,” Dirk Pieper, Sage Automotive Interiors' CEO.
