Fosun-backed Hauck & Aufhauser completed the acquisition of Bankhaus Lampe from Oetker Group, for £173m.

Fosun-backed Hauck & Aufhauser, a private bank completed the acquisition of Bankhaus Lampe, a provider of banking services, from the business conglomerate Oetker Group, for £173m. “With the merger, Hauck & Aufhäuser is continuing on its growth path. With Bankhaus Lampe we are strengthening our existing business areas.
