Marlin Equity Partners, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Heimdal Securities, a provider of cyber-security services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Marlin has an outstanding track record of partnering with and stewarding software and technology companies, and we look forward to their strategic, operational and financial support as we continue to grow the business for the benefit of our international customer base,” Morten Kjaersgaard, Heimdal CEO.
