PreZero completed the acquisition of Komart.

PreZero, a recycling company, completed the acquisition of Komart, a provider of municipal and industrial waste management services in Poland. Financial terms were not disclosed. PreZero is one of the leading providers of environmental services, employing more than 3.5k people at 90 locations in Europe and North America. The company has been active on the Polish market since the takeover of the Tönsmeier Group and its subsidiaries by the PreZero parent company GreenCycle.
