Gryphon Investors-backed Jensen Hughes completed the acquisition of L2 Fire Safety.

Gryphon Investors-backed Jensen Hughes, a safety, security and risk-based engineering and consulting company, completed the acquisition of L2 Fire Safety, a fire safety engineering firm in Finland. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The L2 team, under JP Laaksonen’s leadership, has been at the forefront of Finland’s fire and life safety codes, and has created a legacy of technical excellence that will impact the country and surrounding countries for decades.
