Glas Troesch completed the acquisition of Scheuten International from Value Enhancement Partners.

Glas Troesch, a Swiss glass specialist, completed the acquisition of Scheuten International, a glass manufacturer, from Value Enhancement Partners, a private equity investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will neither cause any changes in staffing, nor in current activities vis-a-vis business-partners. Scheuten will continue to focus on its three coreactivities in insulating glazing, projects and industrial base-glass. The management of both groups is looking forward to the new opportunities and synergies that would be created also for their customers.
