NVIDIA to acquire SwiftStack.

NVIDIA, an American multinational technology company, agreed to acquire SwiftStack, a software-centric data storage and management platform that supports public cloud, on-premises and edge deployments, from investors Storm Ventures, Mayfield Fund, UMC Capital and OpenView Venture Partners.
