IPCOM completed the acquisition of Flexicel Industrial and Flexicel Portugal Unipessoal.

IPCOM, an ambitious and fast-growing European group of companies, completed the acquisition of Flexicel Industrial and Flexicel Portugal Unipessoal, providers of insulation materials. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Flexicel offers a broad range of materials and designs. This enables us to offer our customers an excellent product that adapts to the function and productivity they require.
