Hellman & Friedman-backed Teamsystem, a software solutions provider, completed the acquisition of a 61% stake in MBM Italia, a Padua-based company that develops B2B software. The acquisition of MBM Italia will allow TeamSystem to consolidate its position in the Industry 4.0 sector as well as to strengthen the offer relating to the digitalization and optimization of the organizational and production processes of SMEs and manufacturing companies, thanks to planning and programming technologies last generation.
