Credit Mutuel and Bpifrance-backed Dupont Restauration, which provides catering services, completed the acquisition of Restauval, which is involved in collective catering in the business, administration, school, health and medico-social sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. This operation was favored by the geographical complementarity of the two groups, the cordial relations between the managers and the sharing of common values, favoring proximity with customers and preference for local products and season.
