Pivot completed the acquisition of Esska.

Pivot, a Swedish private equity fund, completed the acquisition of Esska, a manufacturer of baby products, such as pacifiers, bottles, teats, bibs and cups. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Esska is a Swedish gem which many of us, in one way or another, holds a relationship to. We are tremendously proud and happy to have the opportunity to, with Fredrik and all the employees at Esska, establish the company as a leading innovator of baby products and placing the company on an international map. Esska’s own production of pacifiers in Lidköping is unique and something we will fully support in the future.
