Elis completed the acquisition of Haber Textile.

Elis, an international multi-service provider, completed the acquisition of Haber Textile, a rental-cleaning flat linen and workwear company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of the Haber group enables Elis to reinforce its position in the Healthcare market in Germany and to offer nationwide services in a market that still includes a large number of small players. The historical shareholders will remain in place, which will facilitate an efficient integration of the company," Xavier Martiré, Elis CEO.
