Abry Partners-backed Portfolio, a national provider of F&I products, completed the acquisition of NAE/NWAN, a provider of protection products and specialized service and support to dealers and agents. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition joins the efforts of two leaders in a competitive space.
