Jaguar Growth Partners and JHJ Logistics to acquire Brilliant Enterprise Management Consulting.

Jaguar Growth Partners, a investment management firm, and JHJ Logistics agreed to acquire Brilliant Enterprise Management Consulting, a warehouse, distribution and logistics property company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited about Jaguar’s prospects in Asia, drawing from our history and relationships in the region. We believe Brilliant is a differentiated logistics property company, ideally positioned to capitalize on the significant unmet tenant demand in China’s first and second-tier cities," Gary Garrabrant, Jaguar Growth Partners CEO.
