Elemental Energy, a developer, investor and operator of renewable energy projects, completed the acquisition of Enel GP Newfoundland and Labrador, which owns and operates 27 megawatts St. Lawrence wind farm, from EGPN REP, a renewable subsidiary of Enel, an Italian multinational energy company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The addition of the St. Lawrence Wind Farm represents a great milestone for Elemental as we grow our wind business and operating portfolio in Atlantic Canada.
