IXL Learning completed the acquisition of Vocabulary.com.

IXL Learning, an educational technology company, completed the acquisition of Vocabulary.com, a K-12 personalized learning platform, from ThinkMap, a provider of payroll service. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Vocabulary.com is one of the most thoughtfully designed educational products we've seen.
