CIP Capital-backed Cisive completed the acquisition of Intellicorp Records from Verisk Analytics.

CIP Capital-backed Cisive, a global provider of compliance-driven human capital management and risk management solutions, completed the acquisition of Intellicorp Records, a provider of online information retrieval services on a contract or fee basis, from Verisk Analytics, a data analytics company.
