GIL Investments completed the acquisition of Lander Automotive.

GIL Investments, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Lander Automotive, a tier 1 supplier of fluid and air transfer pipes, tubular fabrications and interior trim. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Lander is a business with a proud midlands heritage stretching back over 100 years and we look forward to working with the management team on the next stage of their journey,” Les Litwinowicz, GIL Investments CEO.
