Epic Games completed the acquisition of Cubic Motion from NorthEdge Capital.

Epic Games, a North Carolina-based video games developer, completed the acquisition of Cubic Motion, a computer vision startup, from NorthEdge Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Digital humans are not only the next frontier of content creation, but also the most complex endeavor in computer graphics.
