Chiltern Capital completed the acquisition of Doby Verrolec from Heitkamp & Thumann.

Chiltern Capital, a London-based private equity firm, completed its acquisition of Doby Verrolec, which designs and manufactures ductwork components for air control systems, from Heitkamp & Thumann, the family-owned industrial manufacturing group. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction allows the Heitkamp & Thumann Group to further strengthen its strategic focus, primarily on H&T Battery Components and H&T Presspart. At the same time, this transaction creates attractive opportunities for Doby Verrolec in the future.
