Fidelium Partners completed the acquisition of SRL Dental from Elementis.

Fidelium Partners, a private equity firm in Munich, completed the acquisition of SRL Dental, a manufacturer and distributor of gypsum-based products and special alloys for dental and medical technology applications, 3D printing, and technical mould design, from Elementis, a global specialty chemicals company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With its specialized product range, SRL holds a leading position in an attractive growth market. As an operationally engaged investor, we will actively support the management team in transforming the company into a stand-alone SME and - together with the entire workforce - realize its full growth and earnings potential.
